Vitality Mobile Wound Care, LLC is a clinician-led organization dedicated to delivering advanced wound management directly to the point of care. We specialize in the treatment and prevention of complex and chronic wounds through evidence-based protocols, cutting-edge technologies, and bio-therapeutic innovations.
Our multidisciplinary team of board-certified clinicians, experienced nurse practitioners, and skilled nursing staff provide comprehensive wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care settings, and private residences. Vitality’s care model emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and clinical excellence. We work closely with referring physicians, facility staff, and families to align treatment goals, streamline documentation, and maintain seamless communication across all levels of care.
Founded on the values of integrity, compassion, service, and innovation, Vitality Mobile Wound Care operates with a deep sense of duty to restore patient health, preserve independence, and enhance quality of life. Our mission is to redefine wound care delivery—making expert, timely healing accessible across East Texas and beyond.

Our Story
At Vitality Mobile Wound Care, our mission is simple yet powerful — to bring healing, hope, and dignity directly to those who need it most. We believe every patient deserves access to exceptional wound care, delivered with compassion and respect, wherever they call home.
When we founded Vitality, we set out to build more than just a healthcare service. We wanted to create a purpose-driven team that sees the person behind every wound — someone’s parent, spouse, child, friend, or neighbor. Our team doesn’t just provide effective medical treatment; they bring comfort, encouragement, and a renewed sense of vitality to every visit, every time.
This same passion is shared throughout all partners who represent Vitality Mobile Wound Care. Our founders combined their experience and in-depth industry knowledge to create the “secret recipe” for changing the landscape of the chronic wound community.
Our CEO, Chris Ethridge, spent his career developing and educating physicians on next-level wound-care technologies designed to promote wound healing, restore life, and maximize limb preservation. Chris witnessed firsthand how utilizing customized treatment methods, expert wound-care providers, and gold-standard innovation technologies transformed patients’ outcomes in a rapid timeframe. Unfortunately, he also witnessed the opposite — where the best available medical treatments were ignored or underutilized due to patients’ financial limitations, internal hospital politics, red tape, cost-based decision making, and revenue-driven practices that prioritize profit over proper patient outcomes.
Chris’s goal is to eliminate these real-world barriers by combining clinical expertise, gold-standard treatment options, and genuine human connection to make wound healing possible.
“The days of crooked healthcare businesses, unskilled providers, extended waiting-room times, mobility constraints, and profit-driven, biased healthcare politics and policies have no place in practical, proper, and effective patient care.” — Chris Ethridge, CEO
Clinical leadership for Vitality Mobile Wound Care starts with our CNO, Dr. Patricia Stevenson. As one of the co-founders of Vitality, she brings an entire career of successful hands-on wound-care disciplines. Having worked among underserved and culturally diverse populations across multiple states, she developed an enduring passion to bring state-of-the-art wound care directly to patients, relieving the stress and burden of travel for essential treatment.
A doctoral graduate of Walden University, Dr. Stevenson believes innovation, consistency, and evidence-based clinical practice should be restorative, regenerative, and available to every patient — regardless of demographic, financial constraints, or health conditions.
As an industry-renowned provider in the wound-care space, Dr. Stevenson has an extensive record of scientific clinical research and numerous published peer-reviewed studies. Her continued commitment to incorporating evidence-based advanced technologies and practices continues to raise the bar for chronic wound care.
Our COO, Jeanne Lee, brings decades of pharmaceutical and medical-device expertise and an unwavering commitment to advancing technologies that make healing safer, faster, and more accessible. Her passion lies in bridging science and compassion — ensuring that every product, process, and protocol supports both patient well-being and clinical excellence.
Before co-founding Vitality, Jeanne spent over 25 years leading global regulatory, quality, and clinical teams for some of the most recognized names in healthcare. Her work helped bring life-changing medicines, medical devices, and antimicrobial innovations to market, improving outcomes for patients worldwide.
At Vitality, Jeanne combines scientific precision with a heart for healing. She leads efforts to ensure every treatment and technology used in the field meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and evidence-based care. A named inventor on multiple U.S. medical-device patents, she continues to champion breakthrough wound-care solutions that restore not only tissue — but hope and quality of life.
